Steinbuch’s article "Mere Thieves," was chosen as one of the top ten
securities-law articles of 2008. It will be republished with the other
winning articles in West's 2009 Securities Law Review, edited by Donald
Langevoort of Georgetown Law School. Mere Thieves has also been listed
on the SSRN's Top Ten download list for CGAL: Enforcement &
Litigation (Topic) and EL: Securities Litigation (Topic).
