Congratulations to Thirteen 2Ls Named Moot Court Board Members


The Moot Court Board of the UALR Bowen School of Law has named its newest members, all second-year students who have excelled in written and oral advocacy through the Moot Court Competition course and the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Tournament. 
 
The Board welcomes Nader Afsordeh, Cory Biggs, Stefanie Bright, Michael Cedillo, Nicole Daye, Meagan Gentry, Parisa Kiani, Dean Kpere-Daibo, Tara Kpere-Daibo, Daniel McFadden, Janiella Shirley, Jeremy Yarbrough, and Justin Zachary. They join third-year Board members Kristin Bryant, Barrett Moore, Tim Semotan, and Chris Warthen.
Bowen Moot Court Board members will be competing in several national contests this spring, including the Jerome Prince Evidence Moot Court Competition at Brooklyn Law School; the Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Whittier Law School; the Robert Wagner Labor & Employment Law Moot Court competition at New York Law School; and the William McGee Civil Rights Moot Court Competition at the University of Minnesota.
