Winners Named in Altheimer Moot Court Competition

On November  21 and 22, the Bowen School of Law held its annual Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Tournament.  Moot Court participants take part in a simulated argument to the Supreme Court of the United States, drafting briefs and participating in oral arguments, focusing on cutting-edge issues of current interest. The issues in this year's problem addressed a web site developer's First and Sixth Amendment challenges to his conviction.
