All services offered by the Career Services Office are available to alumni. Alumni who wish to access services should register for Symplicity. Please be aware that most job announcements are for entry-level positions.
Intercollegiate Job Bank (IJB)Career Services participates in the Intercollegiate Job Bank. The IJB username and password are available at https://law-ualr-csm.symplicity.com/students. Alumni must register to receive a password to Symplicity. Hosted by career services at Brigham Young University School of Law, the IJB consists of alumni job bulletins from over 100 participating law schools nationwide. The IJB should be especially helpful for individuals conducting job searches outside Arkansas.
ReciprocityAlumni may have Bowen Career Services request access to other ABA-accredited career services offices at schools nationwide. Only limited services are available generally. As a rule, reciprocity is not available at most schools during the fall on-campus interviewing season (August thru November). Reciprocal agreements are often limited to one school within a state. For information on a specific law school's policy, you should check the NALP Reciprocity Policies page. To have Bowen Career Services request reciprocity services for you at an ABA-accredited school, contact the Career Services Office at law-careers@ualr.edu.
